You are very right. In almost all cases, those who vehemently oppose stuff like this are secretly in bed with gays/lesbians.
Sam George sent his wife to give birth in an LGBTQ country so his children with get a US Passport. Why doesn he want his children to have a "pure" Ghanaian passport in a non lgbtq environment!
So the supreme court is holding everyone to ransom.

Read the óriginal story in the Bible well. God did not tell Abraham that he was going to destroy Sodom because of homosexuality.. The sin among many sins they were going to commit that day was rape

Sometimes lawyers don't expect to win every case. Some cases are pursued so we can use the results as precedent.
Some are purely for the records.. especially when you are dealing with dictators like Nana Addo
