Another thing is the crime rate, level of tolerance and arrests by the security forces. These are all things which help us to choose. Politics and so-called democracy have failed Ghanaians badly. The division in NPP Ashanti seems bigger than anticipated. Very precarious situation. It will matter a lot even if NPP wins but with insignificant margin compared with the previous elections. Healing and uniting disgruntled members before Dec elections will not be easy if ....... By the way, the NDC Central Regional chairman, Professor Asiedu has offered to offer free tutelage to his Ashanti Regional counterpart Wontumi both in academics and personal life. Someone must tag him for me.

The Kumawu by-election, the contestant who gave the winner a run for his money was an NPP man who decided to run as an Independant candidate, but not an NDC candidate. It silly for any analyst to suggest that NPP will lose the Ejisu seat. Even in the unlikely situation where Mr Aduomi comes up tops, let it be known to everyone who is wishing doom for the NPP that the man is an NPP, and not an NDC candidate. People should try and use their heads small, especially the so-called analyst and some of the PhD holders from the academia, including Prof Kobby Mensah. Some of you have made some of us who completed only Middle School Form 4 appear quite competitive when it comes to discourse, analysis and debates on national issues.
