An election must be fair play, other than that the election is corrupt. A corrupt election could bring unnecessary commotion/war to otherwise, a peaceful community.
Prof Kingsley Nyarko should be arrested and prosecuted for bribing the EC officials. The official who refused to accept the money suspected that someone was watching them.
