  Construction company stop misleading the public against the police. You should rather be arrested for alleging corruption with evidence. The police are not responsible for settling land disputes. The can only be involved in investigating and prosecuting a crime. That is if there is fraudulent double sale or the person has defrauded the buyer. Ownership rights are civil cases for the courts to determine. If the courts make a judgement, then the police can enforce. Educate yourself. And did the soldiers have to go to the site after handing over the matter to the police. Perhaps they were told ownership is for the courts to deal with? I blame the seller who is the one who should protect the land and resolve all issues before selling the land. He must be arrested is it is a fraudulent. He wants to shift blame from himself. Alot of these are selling dispute land and asking buyer to defy other ownership claimants by building quickly. They are the cause of all land guard voilence to preserve land rights.

It is common to hear these land guards boasting openly that they have bought the police and it is really the fact. Commanders are given monies and parcels of land to look st the other side of the law. I urge the military to first deal with the police ruthlessly b4 turning their attention on the land guards. The police behaviour in Ghana has made our democracy meaningless as they cannot behave this way under military dictatorship. Notorious areas in Kasoa populated by land guards are: Papase 1 & 2, Odunkwa, Asabaham, krodua, millennium, ofankor and in fact all the adjoining suburbs. The military should operate in this enclave on sustained basis for a very very long time.
