  Ghana can never manage an airline. Ghana airways collapsed because of corruption. Corruption has become serious now than even at the Ghana airways collapsed so I dont think establishing another national career will work. If we need money for development then we must be in-charge of our mineral resources, oi and gas, generate electricity and export as a commodity to neighboring countries but corruption and incompetence we cant do it
