  Who in his or her right sense will construct dormitories and apartments for government schools hoping that government will collect monies from student and pay contractors? If I have my money I will build and rent or sell as many estate developers are doing. Who wants to deal with government again after it defaulted on its sovereign debt? Government cannot even pay pensioners. Many road contractors have died out of frustration resulting from non-payment of roads constructed but payment not made. For get it? Bawumia and the NPP has lost ideas.
