I don’t believe the entire thing in respect to Patrick Ndego or whatever his name is. He is just fronting for Asnah. All I know is that a man named Kofi Asmah ( Asnah) who is the Director of the Millennium City or the Century 21 Development Corporation has been litigating with the entire Gomoa Fetteh, Fetteh Kakraba and Afransie Traditional Council over the land Asmah is said have purchased from the late Chief of the Gomoa Fetteh traditional area.

The case is so complicated to the extent that the Gomoa Fetteh chief who succeeded the late chief who sold the land that measures into several tenths of thousands or perhaps hundredth of thousands of acreage, and stretched as far as James Town, according to my knowledge of the issue is still contesting and claiming ownership of the said properties. The transaction was said to have taken place around the early 90’s or the late 1980. The litigation over the land has spurned from the 90’s when the indigenes of the Gomoa Fetteh found out that such colossal damage has been done under the Chief who was said be vision impaired.

According to the reliable sources Asmah did the aerial surveying of the entire stretch of lands in a rented Helicopter. Because it would’ve been a task if such a huge lands was to be measured or surveyed under the regular system. That’s what I heard because I also used to have an investment in the enclave.

I still own some parcel of land at the place. Even Ama Benyiwa Doe who was an MP and one of the most powerful politicians in the area tried to secure the land back to the chiefs, but all to no avail — since the entire swathes of land in the Gomoah Fetteh, Gomoa Buduburam areas— even including the Fetteh Chiefs palace— all the way to Kokrobite were said to have been registered under Asnah’s name.

The point I’m making is that the government of Ghana should as matter of urgency set up a commission of enquiry to ascertain the validity of Asnah’s claims and make sure if he has to be compensated arbitrarily for any investments he must’ve made on the property . So that the property be returned back to the rightful owners: Who are said to be the families of Gomoah Fetteh, Buduram, Fetteh Kakraba and those numerous towns who are said to have lost their entire family lands obvstentively through the said questionable transaction that transpired between the late chief of Fetteh and the Century 21 development company.

Otherwise there will never be peace in the area. As it stands now both the Chiefs and Asmah and his partners are selling the lands to those unsuspecting developers like the late Army Officer who has lost his life through such violent and senseless manner. I SHALL RETURN!

That scenario would have been too late for the shooter to respond,....

Here’s the importance of an on-demand online land registry in Ghana than the National-ID/Ghana Card the NPP and particularly VP Dr. Bawumia has stolen and selling as his own to voters. An effective, efficient and legal system for land ownership in Ghana would oblige and mandate that all lands, no exceptions, are registered with the lands commission. Any potential buyer can go to the website and with presumed address of a piece of land/ property search and retrieve all relevant information of said land. The site report will show history of all legal owners, sales or structures on the said land. It will help eliminate any and all land disputes except for idiots who will buy or pay for land they have not bothered to know if it’s in the clear or without lien or holds.

Go to Kwabenya near Accra and Bishop Nana Adu the pastor/ landquard who operates in and around Kwabenya, Taifa, Adenta, Pokuasi is untouchable. He walks around with a gun at all times surrounded by landguards. He has connections at Land commission. He can cause your documents on file to vanish and a backdated documents inserted. A very dangerous man who is a pastor.He has done this for so many years.

Afterall, the police station is not a place for settling land disputes, disputes, allegations and grievances are better settled in court.
A relative of mine had a land dispute settled in his a court in his favour in 2017.
In 2023 one of the defendants went to stop the workers he sent to spray weedicide for him so that he can plant sugarcane.
The defendants/judgement debtors send my corsin to Anloga police station with the allegation that he and his labourers want to harm him with machetes.
There was a perpetual injunction against the defendant, so he is not supposed to step food on that property.
Contrary to human conscience, the police claim that they were sending my corsin to court, with the charge and attempt to cause harm.
The fact is that the trespasser has not been harmed, and besides the court had perpetual injunction against him in its final ruling.
The police said the must illogical thing that the defendant/judgement debtor claims that he has some sugarcane on the land to harvest.
