  Because of the watered down nature of education in Ghana the youth can't fully comprehend the implications of these events on their quality of life in the present and longer term. This is a continent mostly populated by young people, security of the aging population in terms of working and the payment of taxes so for a financial institution to pull the plug on a growth area is really troubling and for them to say that they want to focus their attention on continental Europe a place of falling birth rate is incomprehensible
