Oh Ghana, why have thou sunk so low! These are the very things why the country is never going to progress. State institutions that must lead and protect the country's interest are doing all they could, to shield individuals caught in wrong-doing. And this is happening across the board no matter who is at the helm. Unless there are proper investigations done and individuals caught are dealt with, the cycle will continue and, Ghana will always bear the brunt of it all. It's a shame!!!
