Anytime you buy a piece of land in Accra and it's environs, you have to prepare for Landguards who come in to act as if the land belongs to them. You go through the chiefs, you go to lands commission for proper documentation, you do all the necessary paperwork, yet you have these so-called Landguards who will harass you to the extent that sometimes you loose the land or you may loose your life...all because of a piece of land. And so the Vice President should be recommended for taking that initiative once he becomes the President.

You've tried top dance away from your government's failed policies by claiming you've been "only a Vice-President". Doesn't the Vice-President have the ear of the President, compared to other Ghanaians, and can therefore propose suggested changes to the President? All the promises that you now are making, you surely could have gotten your government to implement. Why were these proposals not of importance or urgency while you've been Vice-President?
