His shooting technique is also bad. He should focus on putting low crosses and cut backs for his teammates. Try to be an assist man to make himself valuable to the team, while working harder on finishing.

1. His game has not improved. He's still running around with no end product, and he has refused to change his style.

2. His handlers are failing him.
Sometimes you have to look your client in the eyes and tell him he's not as good as he thinks and encourage him to work hard to change his ways.
It appears his management team does whatever he wants.

While he's languishing on the bench, Fatawu has improved in leaps and bounds and currently he's better than him.
