  The issue I of theft of power can be greatly reduced by 2 ways and this would virtually elimate this problem of revenue leakage, firstly replace every post paid meter out there to become pre paid and that means business, consumer and governmental institutions. Secondly in each of the regions across ghana have a core team who solely have the responsibility to go and look for illegal theft or connections to the network, better still partner with a private sector company to do this for you and ensure the commercials work to incentivise this company to make it worth their while and ensure no political interference. Ghana is crying out for good governance, a nation of thieves….
