the exercise was designed to disenfranchise people. if they were serious they would have opened more centres and allowed ppl to register and ALSO be able to transfer during voting. In civilsed countries in Europe anybody who ...

If EC is registering new voters at the EC's offices only across the country but not voters respective voting centres, where will they vote on voting day?
