  Yes that delegates thing should be scraped off. All card bearing members of the party should be allowed to vote to choose who represents them. This will eliminate the bribery in the whole process. It will also increase the registration of membership in the party. I really support this idea 100% and I've been saying this for a longtime now. Thank you chairman Wontumi for bringing this up. Let's all support it to cut down on the monetary influence.

  That's great proposal but I will suggest that it should include all registered voter in the constituency irrespective of the party affiliation. Since any voted member is going to represent the constituency. And this suggestion should not be preserve of one party. All the parties should encourage it. It has a lot of advantages. Good advice.
