What is the EC saying? Providing serial numbers of bvrs will compromise their function? What a stupid response! How on earth can such a bizzare supposition happen?
The EC must explain this statement because it contradicts its earlier explanation to the missing BVRs. The NDC should probe the EC further.
Make the S/N available so they can trace the source of the figures that Will come from the various registration centres.

After all the equipments will be in custody of the EC.
