The trucks are inspected and given at the port. Once they are given the green light there is no need for multiple police checks en route, which only serve as bribery collection points. Nowhere in the civilized world will you ...

The trucks are inspected and given at the port. Once they are given the green light there is no need for multiple police checks en route, which only serve as bribery collection points. Nowhere in the civilized world will you serve police check points on highways. The police only stop a truck if they have intelligence about a criminal activity.
