So if you have realized that your not well planned free SHS policy has led to a useless double track system and so therefore u are trying to eliminate it and go back to the system u came to meet, just shut up and do it, no one will commend u for getting rid of something u started willfully without anybody pointing any gun at your head.

  Mr. Minister, Review the policy else Ghanaians would vote against NPP, you mark it.
  
  Involve the private schools since they have enough classrooms to accommodate students.
  
  The state alone cannot bear the cost of high school education.

Besides he will declared his income in Ghana and from there we shall know where he got the money to build his hotel empire. It is a matter of time.

  What's the difference between what is happening now and the double track. Now one form will be home on vacation while another form will be in school. Is that how you solve a problem. Is it not the same for students to stay home for 3 months before going while the other form comes on vacation

  It's a lie! No school in Ghana today has all three forms in school at the same time, and go on vacation at the same time. Until we revert to what it used to be before fSHS, it is double track. NPPig!!!
