  ECG is useless and calling their call center is even more useless. I went to Kumasi and saw how some unpatriotic citizens have hung pairs of shoes on their service cable and the look on. In fact, it is all over Kumasi! Why do the ECG look on for to post adverts on their poles covering the unique codes on them. Anyone at all can nail adverts on their poles. Are they not aware that driving a nail through a wood at the mercy of the weather reduces it life span? Why do they look on when information centers in the communities mount their speakers on their poles? The ECG must be up and doing.

  Interested in PR gymnastics, when a complaint is made, they will only tell you that we will investigate and that is the end of the story. Faulty meters will not be attended to because they benefit from it. Stolen transformers as a result of their own negligence will not be replaced for months if not years. Infact they are the beneficiaries of their own inefficiencies.
