I wonder the last time Sam Okudjeto went to a bank. There are strict anti money laundering in the banks let alone at home. Cecilia Dapaah was a public official and keeping such huge amounts of money at home is problematic. The funds for dredging Odour river has vanished. Sam Okudjeto is not qualified for a certificate from even Kejetia law school. I am surprised other lawyers are keeping quiet.

The Cecilia Dapaah case should be a call for plugging the loophole in the current constitution, to prevent a persons from having money or property beyond their income if the person cannot provide a satisfactory reasons. In many countries, such monies and properties are deemed by law as proceeds of crime unless their source can be explained. We cannot hope to stop corruption without such laws. To me Cecilia Dapaah is a thief until she explains, adequately the source of the money.
