One of the major problems we have in this country is a Supreme Court that has lost its way; allowing itself to be manipulated by self serving politicians. We have Justices who really do not understand thar the Supreme Court is the final hurdle in the quest to protection of the law and the constitution. They are simply useless. They can think and see beyond their noses, so they
are unable to see the bad examples and dangerous precedences they are setting for the
future. The one thing any Ghanaian can see about about the currentbl Supreme Court is a CJ and her cohorts who are not fit for purpose, appear not to have conscience, and thus manipulate the law to fit programmed agenda. Unfortunately, the unprincipled CJ and her cohort of "tow the line" Justices are what we have, and that is what we have to deal with for the time being. It's such a shame!!!
