  Mr. Finance Minister, if you don`t plug all the "revenue leakages" in the country, no amount of income revenue will ever be enough and or sufficient to help not only you to but Ghana as a whole succeed.

  The financial wastage and corruption must be uprooted or brought to the barest minimum, else, quit making such noise.
  One Million USA Dollars were paid to Kroll & Associates by Senior Minister Yaw Osafo-Marfo and you said nothing, but now needs help from who and who to succeed?
