Think about it. Do you seriously think any court will entertain suing someone because of statements the person made during litigation? Such statements are privileged. Ah just imagine the number of people who would have been in court by now.
Consider also the timing of her law suit. She speculates NDC will win the election and Tony will be situated by the side of Mahama so she can cause embarrassment to the man and that he will be forced to settle.
