  This guy is a thief. His criminality has inspired a lot of his tribesmen and women to indulge in criminality these days. It is amazing such a criminal who didn't blink when stealing from poor Ghanaian workers' pension fund is found in Ghana's Parliament. Just look at his criminal record: 1) Plagiarized his masters degree thesis and 2) took double salary as a minister.
