  @Jay or whatever do you realise you're a hypocrite? NDC signed all these contracts 7 days before leaving office when they knew they've lost the elections. Again our monitoring and collection system was not up to standard hence there will be losses because almost 60% of Ghanaians steal these electricity. My question is did Mahama think about that before hurriedly signing or he did so to leave the country in debt? Please my questions.
