  Argentina owes IMF $32bn while Ghana owes a paltry $2bn. Yet the clueless LIAR called Mahama met some nursing students and told them that Ghana is the most indebted country in the world. And it's only NDC ANIMALS who always dispute what the country has gained from the loans. Kwesi Pratt, a known critic of NPP govt once commended NPP govt for the massive instructure in the Education sector. But he received death threats from NDC ANIMALS. The fact is that these NDC COOTS always undermine the good things that NPP govt is doing. But we know them as LIARS and PROPAGANDA experts because of ENVY.
