  Ghana, I don't understand, is the country a communist socialist or a capitalist economy? Americans, the richest economy in the world doesn't pay allowances to nursing students. So many allowances are giving out by the government. And these same people after graduating forget about the allowances they received and turns to corruption. Government has to think twice about giving out allowances.

  WHAT IS THE REASON FOR ALLAWA PAYMENT Mr. VP can you tell us the rational behind the payment of allowances to nurses and teacher trainings? After training these people struggle to get posted, some have been in the house for over 5 years after completing school. So what is the essence of spending so much on them, only to dump them. Ghanaians, be weary of this Bawumia man.
