  why should people have to go to Radio or TV STATIONS to beg for money on behalf of their love ones who are sick ?
  Is this country catering for her sick and old Age citizens ?
  or you guys think - going to give birth alone is the challenges mothers are facing ?
  what about fathers who are very sick and need operations ?

  Good idea but in a corruption-riddled country you're guaranteed this will also turn into some corrupt system. Villagers are refusing to go to health centers because they are asked to pay for everything even if they carry their insurance card. Local PAs, Nurse Midwives, Doctors are charging them all sorts of fees because "those are not covered" - the IV needle to prescribing (and selling to these patients) their own non-indicated medications
