THIS IS A BIG DISGRACE AND ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME ONE HEARS OF SUCH NEGATIVE NEWS. THE GHANA GOVERNMENT HAVE TO WAKE UP AND SOLVE THESE VERY URGENT PROBLEMS,INSTEAD OF DIVERTING FUNDS TO USELESS PROJECTS,PERIOD!!!!!!!

They are studying how to make Ghana a better place. As the story says they havent gotten the funds the Government is behind 10 months in paying. Why are you complaining about stolen money that has us in dumsor or the money hidden under beds that were suppose to be used to repair pipes to send water to homes. Complain about the head of education...not taking care of kids trying to learn under trees or having to sit in buildings that could fall on them if it rains. Complain about all the corruption and stealing by the politicians in Ghana. They are in Morocco to learn decency and disciple. Morocco is a better county to learn without the sex freaks hounding the students for sex. It's a better enviroment to learn good morals and values.
You ignorant folks with your brainless comments...there is way more waste right here in Ghana than sending a few cedis to Students to make better people and change the corruption in Ghana. You are why Ghana is backwards with your ideas...you complain about crumbs while the crooks are keeping the banquet.
