  Aaah, the failed Economist has opened the flood gates. I've always maintained that Bawuliar is not smart. You don't make unrealistic promises on the spur of the moment, especially in an election year when every public sector worker is demanding his pound of flesh. At the same time you are commiting to tighter fiscal and monetary policies to circumvent high levels of budget deficit which could worsen the country's credit ratings. Who imposed this square peg in a round hole on Kufuour's NPP? Chaaiii... Interesting times ahead.

  I have said it over and over that government should stop paying car maintenance allowance and put in place transport allowance for all single spine salary receivers. The only solution . It is not everyone who can buy a car.
