They made the allowance a major campaign message, castigating Mahama for suggesting an end to it, so it was replaced with a loan,which was rest assured to be payed like in all the tertiary institutions,since the nurses and teachers had also began doing degree courses, so that it paved way for more persons to be admitted into the various nursing/teaching institutions, he further stated that, the admission was limited to a certain limited number of people because of the allowance, given the background as to why the allowance was introduced,when people weren't interested in enrolling in both teaching and nursing training colleges, so were enticed to join by the introduction of the allowance, so if it had gotten to a point that now many people weren't even getting the chance to enter due to same, so let's scrap it off and replace it with a loan,these Npp idiots misinformed the people, crucifying Mahama and touting him as a demon who wanted to kill the students and collapse both teaching and nursing training colleges respectively,today they are refusing and struggling to pay them, that's how deceitful and wicked these Npp people are.

The intent and purpose of the trainees allowances was to aid them during the training. If students are being paid FULL or PART of the allowances in the FINAL semester then where are we?

Yesterday l learnt government was going to give tax exemptions to foreign companies close to 400billion cedis. Whiles we go begging the IMF for 3 billion US dollars.
