I seriously have a problem...what is the use of a regional minister if there is a mayor? One needs to go. Their roles would definitely be duplicating or interfering the other. Waste of resources...
Mayor and Governor have 2 seperate roles .

A mayor duties are limited to the metropolitan assembly the Mayor is assigned whereas the regional minister oversees the entire region.
For example AMA has mayor but her jurisdiction is just Accra Metropolis ...
