Why should Bryan's company bid for government owned SSNIT properties. Is this not conflict of interest?

ssnit should be investing in HOSTELS, not hotels. They're easily more profitable and less taxed like hotels. They should build hostels for universities, hospitals etc. and build apartments for rent
