Those subsidies are totally crazy, especially for projects that have already been finished. Some people are taking huge bribes here.

Once the refinery is completely built, they will start operating, tax exemptions or not. This is the NPP looting crowd going for their final round before they are out of office.

Not that the NDC crowd didn't do same before they left. But in all cases it's the people who get raped here.
