For over forty years, the Cocoa scholarship has never been for the children of cocoa farmers but for the children of the rich.
I agree with you but at least someone got it, rich or poor, but now nobody gets it. Which is better? We are broke because our monies are diverted to private pockets.
Now, everybody gets it... its called Free SHS and GetFund. NPP is the best!!

Scrapping this scholarship is a great news.
