    I agree with you but at least someone got it, rich or poor, but now nobody gets it. Which is better? We are broke because our monies are diverted to private pockets.

    Scrapping this scholarship is a great news.
    It has outlived it usefulness.Morever, the poor cocoa farmer had usually been neglected at the expense of these selfish politicians and their rich cohorts.
