We know the BOST deal was cooked at the JULORBI HOUSE. We know the KENBOND DEAL was cooked at the JULORBI HOUSE. We know the PDS DEAL was cooked at the JULORBI HOUSE. If Ablakwa had known the Omanhenes concerns beforehand, he should have just kept quiet and allowed the ignorant crooks to proceed with their clearly ill-thought out illegal deal. Then at the time when they think that they have clinched the deal, the Omanhene should take the crooks to court to first of all recover the land of the people of his traditional area and then sue the accursed crooks.

For those who are not aware, normally lands offered to govt for national projects by Traditional Authorities, are returned to their rightful owners if at anytime the govt is unable to continue with the specific project or the agreement lapses. No govt or state institution has the right to assume ownership of such lands and sell it off to anybody else as is the case of the Elmina Hotel.

Very clearly a few people at SSNIT need to be fired not only for the attempted theft of Traditional lands but also for putting valuable state property and the investments of all workers of Ghana. at extreme risk of theft

If you love your party so much so that you can’t see no evil when naked crimes are committed, the best thing you can do for your country is simply to shut up and don’t praise those criminals and the government. It should be noted that one SSNIT official in the minutes of the crooked deal is quoted as saying that the hotels are performing well and deserve to fetch far more than what Bryan aand his gang of thieving robbers were offering. It's nothing but a scheme by thieving politicians Aheampong and the Osafo-Maafo to plunder Ghana for their personal enrichment. Strange that the two crooks at Julor House, Akufo-Addo and Bawumia, who claim to be against corruption never seem to care whenever this NPP thievery and looting are exposed. According to the "release of land" agreements signed between the traditional rulers and the government of the first republic, the traditional areas are the first to be consulted and given a chance to acquire the property in the event that the government has no need for the purpose for which the land was acquired - operating a hospitality resort.
NPP administrations have been disingenuous about dealing with this issue. On one hand they have handed over certain government-owned lands back to families supposedly with which the Colonial British government made the acquisition. Some other lands have found their way into the possession NPP bigwigs, such as the late "Sir John" and Freddie Blay under their "propertied democracy" thieving ideology.

The Chief of Elmina should hire the services of a good law firm to contest this. Even if the super-corrupt judiciary rules in favour of the NPP Kleptocrats, as in the case of the late Jake Obetsebi Lamptey, much popular awareness of the thievery would have been created.
