The Hotels are the property of pensioners and those who are still paying their tier 1 to Social Security and National Insurance Trust.
If SSNIT cannot manage the hotels any longer, the first people to be contacted are those who contributed and are still contributing to SSNIT.
Ghanaian workers can then agree to buy the hotels and either continue to run them as hotels or turn them into hired accommodations for workers, most of whom are in need of shelter over their heads.
I proposed yesterday that if the transactions are not reversed, Ghanaian workers and pensioners must declare strike against the government.
The strike must continue until the government reverse the transactions.

According to SSNIT, the sale of the said hotels was publicly announced and invitation to all who are interested was extended. But the mere fact that a fellow Ghanaian is buying it, there's a problem. Ablakwa would've preferred a foreigner to be the purchaser instead of a fellow Ghanaian. There's nothing wrong if the owner of Rock City Hotel buys these struggling hotels. ENVY IS THE MOTIVATION OF THESE ABLAKWA'S "EXPOSE"S. I DARE ABLAKWA TO SWEAR IF HE NEVER INVOLVED IN ANY SHADY DEAL WHEN HIS NDC WAS IN POWER ... IF HE'S DOING THESE THINGS IN GOOD FAITH.
