If we have to get a good return on our oil, we need to invest. That's why exploco was formed to explore for oil and drill. We have starved that organisation the needed finances to work for us to take the commanding heights of the oil industry. Instead, GNPC is building astroturfs across the country for political reasons. Ken ofori Attah instead of giving the money to exploco is sending it to cayman islands to form special purpose vehicle to collect loan and take his share. The black man will always be a blackman.
The arabs are rich because they partner the foreigners to drill. They invested in creating their own exploration companies and they are benefitting. If we don't stop the useless politics, thievery, we will forever remain poor.
