I had a case in which when the prosecution witnesses stood in the witness box could not prove the case of the prosecution.
My council, then tendered in nolli prosecue, but the judge in the case let the matter drag on for months without giving his ruling.
At a point in time, as the matter drags in the court, a senior in my council's chamber advised that I must plead guilty for a lesser punishment.
However, at the next seating, my council tendered in nolli prosecue, which was accepted by the judge and the case was dismissed.
