Is it for only the kayayee or other ladies can take advantage? Come over to the North that you don't know and see what NGOs are doing in Tolon, Kumbungu, Walewale to stop the ladies from migrating...yet they are leaving. Many of them are running away from sociocultural practices like forced marriages and the harsh weather conditions. So, you can build the best hostel for them in the North, yet they would leave. The facility put up by the government, far from encouraging migration of young girls from the North, its to save those who are compelled to come down south. Johny Hughes might be appealing to the NDC because he is doing what they like...but for most of us, he is increasingly irritating because he seeks to incite.

I was surprised to hear a student on a Taxi that I board with saying "So this man will spend the rest of his life jumping from government to government, liering for his daily bread" I felt bad and have to caution the student for that statement. Mr. Allotey Jacobs was on Radio that morning.
