  Blackman, the question is this, if someone is selling a product to the public, with spiritual claims and there is a toxic or harmful substance or chemical, let's say, arsenic or mercury in it, is the FDA saying, that person is allowed to sell the product to the public by law? If not, then which institution or body is mandated by law to halt the sale of that product to protect the public?
