You can drink and drive if you wish. Based on the conditions of our "highways" the speed limit shouldn't be more than 45mph. Especially between Accra and kumasi. Traveling at night ? That's the most dumbest thing one can do in Ghana. I hope lil win is ok.

Another tip. Sunday Morning is the safest time to drive in Accra and kumasi. All or most of the crazy drivers will be at church. Actually about 60% of road users will be at church. It becomes very safe to drive.
