They hide behind the criminal technocrats to draft crazy deals and to loot the country.

The response have rather destroyed your ministry. The best thing to have done is to just release the details of the contract for us to judge it but not for you mr minister to just say that it's not true to resolve the allegations.
At least, there is a bit of truth in what Kevin is alleging.
Those who works at the various GOVERNMENTAL agencies who may be dissatisfied about what is going in the system are the same people reporting the anormalies to Kevin. They are called the axe grinders.

I'm(we are) still in awe as to how they managed to be reelected into office after a disastrous criminal first 4 years. They managed to sustain the criminality and now trying to destroy the country before parting off with the loot they have amassed in 8 years. The people's lives have been turned upside down and the country is reeling from their evil, from floods to joblessness. Ghana needs change and we need it yesterday.
