  I don't understand these Chiefs. You have the power over all the lands under your jurisdiction. Why can't you mobilize your people to destroy all the galamasey operations going on in your towns? If it's the DCE who is doing the galamasey you have the right to stop the DCE. Stop being on camera always and take action. For action speak more than words
