  The GFA needs to proper leadership to make the FA work well. Every coach that was employed by the FA always complains of interference. Can we say that all the coaches are wrong and complain too much and that the FA has always been right ? We are getting tired of the huhudeous faces of the GFA and need to be purged to save its own images. A word to the wise is always enough.

  May peace prevail over this meeting, Amen. It is the GFA who has to set the tone for the meeting and reconciliation .Because one thing Ghana will not need is completely missing the services of a fine up and coming coach like Laryea. Especially in the era when it is dawning on us to have our own local coaches to be handling our various national teams.Infact a pool of them. I think all our old players should form a strong and active union . If it exists already, then it should not be dormant. The FA cannot throw any member under the bus and deal with him anyhow. The Nigerian old players have such an union and they are strong and have influence even in the picking of national team coach.
