Free SHS is no more government's property: it is Ghana's. The government only introduced it, but after that, it became Ghana's Free SHS. We all own it.
This politically motivated and shamefully shambolic FREE SHS BULLSHIT which is FREE OF KNOWLEDGE ANYWAY certainly needs reviewing. Sadly, according to NPP political lexicon REVIEW Means CANCELLATION. SAD!
