  Another "Senchi " summit, which yielded No tangible results? Our problem is that the " chew, pour, and pass" syndrome, especially among the educated, is too much! The paper qualifications held by academics, CSO's , bankers, economists are just not helping us. Let us go back to General Acheampong's practical, common sense "OPERATION FEED YOURSELF" . Time has proved that with his " not too high" academic qualification he understood that " I put it to you, I put it to you" only does not produce food to feed a nation.
