IS THIS THE FUTURE YOU WANT FOR YOUR CHILDREN?

There is a common theme in everything we read and hear from the media: Corruption in all aspects of the country and the misuse of public funds. I ask Ghanaians to ask themselves questions about the direction of our country: If things continue the way it is now, what kind of future do we want for our children? Will there be a country called Ghana, and how would that country look like?

We have been forced to take sides on which party we belong and listen to constant fights and arguments of the parties, and simply ignore the most important question of whether the parties serve our needs.

Wake up and stop this nonsense of analysing everything in terms of NPP and NDC. We should rather ask whether our lives are better now than previously. Is there any prospect that a particular party can improve our lives? We don’t think very deeply about things, do we?

Some youths are fighting for their so called promised jobs or monies by some political figures or parties. Some have been paid to do insults and propaganda. Some are doing this for their people (family, friends, acquaintances) who are vying for political positions. Others have been made or persuaded to believe that it is a tribal or lineage tradition to vote for a certain party without any thorough analyses of policies of the party, especially the person he is to vote for.

Amidu is too cantankerous behaves like a mad man. If a story pops out that you have petitioned the president to remove the OSP, it's Amidu's responsibility to refute it or confirm it but to move to blame the NDC is very stpd ...

Some people are not interested in presenting their side of the story even if they are innocent. I have one as a wife. Level all kinds of accusations at her and she would just be staring at you as if you were an animal in the zoo.

My knowledge of this rare behaviour in some humans is the reason I have kept my mouth out of Amidu's business.

I don't think the petition was written by Mr Amidu because of his disclaimer.
Nana Addo nor the Chief Justice didn't mention Amidu's name as the petitioner.
