If not for this high corruption infested, nation pillaging and clueless Akufo-Addo-Bawuliar NPP government, Ghanaians have not known anything called Domestic Debt Exchange Program and its attendant 'haircuts'; and in most cases actual head cuts in the 67 years of our nation's existence. Yet elements in the NPP government have become filthy rich acting as transaction advisors and money launderers (mini investment Banks under their beds). This NPP party is a bunch of looter bent on dissipating the country's assets to build an empire of the Akyem dynasty. God save our homeland Ghana!!
