  This man is not a complete coach, he's more of a technical director. You can clearly see that he's not been able to impact the team his tactics and his players management too is poor, he's very charismatic personality but I he should be assign to new post in the hearts of oak management set-up rather than the coaching role. At this stage hearts may need a well strategize Coach to survive which management failed to do in their last 5 matches. Beating Olympics with ouatara's tactics seems highly impossible, no single player has distinguish himself positively on the field of play under his regeme.
