A sad situation but is there any road or place in Kumasi that one can drive at top speed? Recklessness all over Ghana roads.
OH I thought Lilwin was dealing with the ghana law system not rich people

There is too much lawlessness in Kumasi.Ashantihene shd be concern about that.
It is worse in Accra, pal. Try the Tema-Afienya road.

It is painful that the law doesn't punish much in these reckless accidents.Normaly the driver is set free after arrest.The parents should not expect much or they will be disappointed if the 'pig' is set free.
